Welcome to the Kingdom!

The Kingdom: Year Two of ECR’s Student Section
El Camino Real Charter High School is proud to celebrate the second year of The Kingdom, our official student section that has quickly become the heartbeat of ECR athletics.
This year, our Student Council will continue to lead the charge as the Keepers of the Kingdom, bringing unmatched energy, unity, and pride to every game. Under the supervision and leadership of Brian Wilson and Lynsey Shano, the Student Council has taken school spirit to new heights—transforming the culture of our campus and building an atmosphere where spirit has never been stronger.
The Kingdom has become more than a student section—it’s a movement. From the stands to the field, our Keepers inspire athletes, rally the crowd, and remind everyone what it means to be part of the ECR Royal family.
As we look ahead to another exciting year of athletics, we know the Keepers of the Kingdom will reign strong, fueling our teams with pride, passion, and the undeniable roar of The Kingdom.

Celebrating Our Student Marketing Team
This year at El Camino Real Charter High School, we introduced something new—student staff working alongside our Marketing Department to shine a spotlight on ECR athletics and individual athletes. These talented students have helped us tell the story of our teams in ways we’ve never done before, using photography, videography, and social media to bring our community closer to the action.
Seniors Eliza Lotterstein, Michael Spencer, Julian Saffie and Hadley Preston have been instrumental in building this program over the past two years, setting the standard for creativity and dedication. Joining them this year are Miguel Markowski, a foreign exchange student from Germany, and Keely Shortall, a sophomore whose energy and vision represent the future of this initiative. Together, they’ve captured unforgettable moments, created engaging content, and helped elevate the visibility of ECR athletics.
We want to thank these students for their hard work and commitment. They’ve not only supported our athletes—they’ve started something special at ECR. Their efforts have laid the foundation for a program that will continue to grow, giving future students the opportunity to learn, create, and make an impact.
