We are excited to welcome all new ECR families to our campus! Join us for Welcome Week—a special orientation event designed to help students and families feel confident and prepared for the start of high school.

• Tuesday, July 29 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM — For families with last names A–L

• Wednesday, July 30 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM — For families with last names M–Z

What to Expect

At Welcome Week, families will have the opportunity to:

✅ Tour the Campus – Learn your way around before the first day
💻 Pick Up Student Laptops – Get your school-issued device ready for class
🔐 Receive Locker Assignments – Know where you will store your belongings
📲 Access Aeries Accounts – Get set up with our student/parent portal
👕 Purchase PE Clothes & ECR Apparel – Shop at our on-campus Student Store

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Should Attend?

All incoming students and their families are invited to attend on their designated day based on the student's last name:

• A–L attend on July 29

• M–Z attend on July 30
